Beginner’s Agility

This fast paced and exciting class is perfect for dogs who love new challenges and have energy to burn.  It is also excellent for dogs who need to build their confidence, self-control and restraint around other dogs.  Although our class is taught on all AKC standard equipment and is taught so that owners can move on to competition, our purpose is to enrich the bond between dog and handler and to have fun.  Dogs must be proficient in their basic obedience commands. Upon completion of this course dogs will be well versed with the following pieces of equipment:  A-frame, dog walk, teeter totter, 5 styles of jumps, the tunnel, pause table and weave poles.  Completion of beginner’s obedience class is required to enroll in Beginners’ Agility.
